Our health care professional employee rewards program allows each team member to earn points while working with our residents to go above and beyond every day. You can earn points for picking up additional shifts, working ten consecutive shifts without calling out, clocking in and out timely, achieving work anniversaries, completing bi-weekly team surveys, being recognized for I SHINE achievements and so much more!
